Attilio’s Tavern offers authentic Italian home-cooking at its finest. We believe that real Italian cooking is about more than just the food it is about the experience. For Italian Americans it is customary to have a big dinner, with family and friends. During those dinners you could always count on great food, passionate conversations, and a lot of laughter and happiness.

Attilio Benaquista, the namesake behind Attilio’s Tavern, had an unending enthusiasm for cooking and used his skills in the kitchen to bring the people he loved together to enjoy a special meal.

In addition, to his passion for food and his talent in the kitchen, Attilio had an incredible ear for music. After dinner, everyone would gather around Attilio and his guitar to sing Italian songs while sipping on a cocktail or a glass of wine. Many times the music and the singing would encourage family members to get up and dance around, even though there was no dance floor. When the singing was over, everyone would embrace one another, say their goodbyes and look forward to doing it all over again!

As a tribute to Attilio Benequista we offer our customers an awesome Italian meal in an ambiance reminiscent of days gone by. Live entertainers perform vintage music, classic oldies, jazz, and much more, recreating that special moment in time.
